Submitted articles are subject to VN & International laws and regulations concerning to intellectual properties rights:

CAVEATS:

1. For the first few issues we only publish internally.

2. We publish articles both in English and Vietnamese since we don't have the budget to hire professional translator. The author is welcome to write in both languages for the same article.

3. Notify Chief Accountant when the author submits his (her) article to TTU-Review to avoid unnecessary payroll withholding.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
