Vol. 1 No. 1 (2016)

This first issue of the Tan Tao University Review (TTU-Review) is the continuity of Tan Tao University Publications (TTU-Pubs) published in 2011 when the first school year started. It means TTU-Review and TTU-Pubs try to maintain the high academic standard that TTU chooses to promote on the long-term basis. When I accepted the position as the Assistant Provost and Dean of the school of Economics and Business Administration this year, I proposed to Mme. Dang Hoang Yen, President and Provost that TTU has to resume its goal as above-mentioned. She considered my initiative and finally approved with valuable advices.

Các bạn xem những dòng chữ tôi viết trong cuốn sách này như những cuộcthảo luậnđể chia sẻ kinh nghiệm sống của chính mình cộng với kinh nghiệm của những thân hữuđã thành công về thương mại trên thế giới lẫn Việt Nam. Thêm vào đó tôi cũng tổng hợp nhiều loại kiến thức thu thập từ sách vở, tài liệu, công trình khảo cứu, hội thảo về kinh tế thương mại quốc tế và đưa ra một quan niệm kinh doanh phổ biến mà các bạn có thể dùng được.

Để cho mạch văn và ý tưởng không bị gián đoạn, tôi sẽ không viết những chú thích dưới mỗi trang sách. Ở cuối cuốn sách này tôi sẽ liệt kê những nguồn thông tinrồi các bạn có thể tìm đọc thêm nếu muốn.

Mục đích của cuốn sách này là trình bày những lý thuyết kinh tế thương mại được áp dụng vào thực tế cộng với những kinh nghiệm có thật của các doanh nhân thành công quốc tế và Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên hoàn cảnh mỗi người một khác, sinh hoạt kinh tế thương mại biến đổi hàng ngày khắp mọi nơi. Mỗi quyết định của người tiêu thụ hay doanh nhân đều ảnh hưởng tương tác, nhân quả.Tôi cố gắng hư cấu hoá những vấn đề, những luận điểm để cho đỡ khô khan và dể hiểu.

Inorganic phosphate (Pi) is necessary for cellular structure and energy metabolism. However, excessive Pi causes harmful effects, including vascular calcification, cell death, defective insulin secretion and impaired insulin synthesis. Pi uptaken into mitochondria generates reactive oxygen species (ROS), which leads to reticulum endoplasmic stress (ER stress) and mitochondrial dysfunction via opening of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPT) pore. These two main sequences of Pi overload have important roles for mentioned detrimental effects in hyperphosphatemia.This review provides an insight into the relationship of Pi overload, mPT pore and ER stress in pathologic conditions. © 2016 Tan Tao University

The debate between two schools of thought
about statistical inference, namely frequentist and
Bayesian approach, has been taking for decades.
It is unecessary to try to argue which one is better,
simply since you can’t win!. It is not just a
matter of taste. It is so since each approach has
advantages and weaknesses. While you might get
the impression that Baysian statistics is gaining
ground in the 21st century, as testified by David
Draper (2009) (see [1]). In addition, in view of the
ban of using p-values by the Basic and Applied
Scocial Psychology (BASP) (see [2]) together with
the Statement by the American Statistical Association
recently to warn statistical practitioners about
using p-values (see [3]), it is essential to have new
statistical methods to compromise disadvantages
of those two "traditional" approaches. The Inferential
Model (IM) introduced by Ryan Martin and
Chuanhai Liu (see [4]) is a potentially candidate.

Nuclear power is the technology involving the nuclear fission reactions. The science of nuclear reaction was started in the late 19th century. However, the nuclear power technology was only reliable since 1942. Until present, the nuclear technology has undergone three technological generations and the generation IV is expected to be available in 2040. Nuclear energy contributes to about 11% of total world electricity production. In this short report we briefly look over the development and contribution of the nuclear power technology.

Nhóm ngành Máy tính và Công nghệ thông tin (Khoa học máy tính, Kỹ thuật phần mềm, Công nghệ thông tin,...) hiện đang là một trong ít nhóm ngành đào tạo được mở ở nhiêu trường đại học ở Việt Nam. Kỹ sư, cử nhân tốt nghiệp nhóm ngành Máy tính và Công nghệ thông tin được xem là có cơ hội việc làm và thu nhập cao, đóng góp cho sự phát trien kinh tế của đất nước. Mặc dù vậy, không ít sinh viên tốt nghiệp các ngành này không tìm được việc làm phù hợp do không đáp ứng được nhu cầu tuyển dụng của các công ty. Bài viêt này trình bày một góc nhìn về thực trạng đào tạo Máy tính và Công nghệ thông tin của Việt Nam; từ đó nêu lên một số nhận định cũng như vấn đề cần thảo luận cho việc phát triển các ngành học này.

In developing countries, like Vietnam, it is vital to ensure high quality of grain with traceable origins, because grain is of paramount importance for business and food security purposes. However, it is very challenging to build information systems to track, monitor, analyze and manage grain warehouses in scattered flood of Mekong delta - Vietnam, given under developed physical and informational infrastructures. In this paper, we analyze requirements and conceptualize monitoring and analytics as a service for grain warehouses, with a focus on Vietnam's environment.

We analyze different stakeholders and their needs for monitoring and analytics features for grain warehouses. Leveraging the cloud computing model, big data analytics and Internet of Things (IoT), we design a conceptual framework to monitor various important information for grain warehouses and present different data analytics services that should be provided.

Theo quan niệm ngữ pháp truyền thống, các từ ' thì, là, mà' – là những hư từ, chỉ có giá trị ngữ pháp, không có giá trị ngữ nghĩa – nhất là nghĩa tu từ, và  rất ít được dùng trong các văn bản thơ. Trong thơ ca cách luật thì chúng càng rất ít khi xuất hiện. Với Truyện Kiều[1] một tuyệt tác văn học chữ Nôm thế kỷ XIX, Nguyễn Du đã thể hiện một tài năng ngôn ngữ tiếng Việt xuất sắc. Ông đã sử dụng từ ngữ nói chung, rất điêu luyện, sắc sảo. Riêng những từ ‘thì, là, mà’ còn được Nguyễn Du khai thác như những thủ pháp nghệ thuật đa dạng, tạo nên những sắc thái ngữ nghĩa phong phú, mới mẻ, thú vị trong nhiều câu thơ Kiều óng ả, mượt mà tính nghệ thuật!
